Step 3: Submitting your Site to the Ring
OK, this is it. Assuming you have read and followed the instructions in the previous two steps, (and if you didn't please do so now) all you have to do is tell me about your site. All fields are mandatory. You should receive a confirming email from me within at least 5 days, either welcoming you into the ring or informing you of conditions in joining the ring that have not been met by your site. If you do not receive any email from me in the specified time period, feel free to contact me.
Note that completing the following form does NOT enter you into the ring. It enters you into the Webring database so that I can put your site in the ring if it meets all of the requirements, which since you are doing this to get a site ID number, it currently does not. It would be helpful to me for you to send me an email when you believe that your HTML fragment is up and running.
